Yes. Our black seed oil contains no fillers, additives, or preservatives — just pure, cold-pressed Nigella sativa oil. We take sourcing seriously so you can trust what goes into your body.

Cold-pressing extracts oil without heat, which preserves the natural nutrients, thymoquinone content, and flavor of the seed. Heat-processed oils can lose much of their beneficial properties.

It has a bold, slightly bitter, and peppery flavor. Many customers take it straight by the teaspoon, mix it into honey, or add it to smoothies and warm drinks.

The most common method is taking 1 teaspoon daily, either on its own or mixed with honey or warm water. It can also be used topically on skin and hair. We recommend starting with a small amount and increasing gradually.
