Return Policy

At Tayyiba Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, unopened
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mercyamzn@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mercyamzn@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not in their original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
