Your satisfaction is important to us at Tayyiba Wellness. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at mercyamzn@gmail.com and we'll provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Opened Items

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a quality issue with your product, please reach out and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (eligible for store credit only)
